How can you help?
Sponsors/Donors receiving any tier benefits will NOT receive a tax-deductible letter.
Sponsors/Donors not receiveing tier benefits WILL receive tax-deductible letter. These donors may still receive logo placement, ads and other gifts as a thank you at the discretion of TCS.
Financial Sponsor
Provide a monetary donation/sponsorship. Money received will be used to fund the event, all fees for necessary staff and scholarships.
Break / Meals In-Kind Donation
Provide meals and snacks for staff, volunteers, and students. This sponsor will be a restaurant, food vendor etc.

Provide items for raffles and giveaways (Ex. Instruments, instructional resources for schools/groups, or any other item that can be used for a silent auction or raffle.

Provide items for workshops like binders, copies, pencils/pens etc. Provide the print for the programs. This sponsor will be a copy center, office supplies etc. type of vendor
